i2 Partner Portal

Opportunity

Due to the ever-increasing levels of information that they were sharing with their partners – marketing tools, product announcements, user guides, data sheets and training collateral – i2 had a challenge in making their Partner Portal an easy to use tool for their valued partners. Works Digital were tasked with the job of re-designing and re–building the secure website to improve usage and partner interaction. Whilst still keep in line with their corporate branding, i2 also wanted to bring a bit more colour to the site to enhance the user experience.

Solution

Through the analysis of web stats, Works Digital were able to identify the bottlenecks and pinch points along the customer journey. We developed a modern and fresh interface with a real focus on easily accessing information quickly. We also created a ‘clutter free’ website which allowed users to download their information within just 2-3 clicks.
