Opportunity

Sky Business asked Works Digital to develop a retention site to add value to their Pubs and Clubs customers’ subscriptions. The aim was to make PreviewLIVE the number one online destination for the latest sports content and information as well as offering customers advice and tools to help them promote sport in their establishments.

Response

We launched a brand new interactive and engaging retention website offering customers the latest sports fixtures listings and event planners, video case studies and tutorials, create your own POS and discounted merchandise and up-to-the-minute industry and sports news.

Result

PreviewLIVE has attracted almost 8,000 registrations and sales exceed £124,000 of merchandise sold to date.

We continue to develop, report and manage this site on a weekly basis as the main communication and retention channel between Sky Business and their customers.
