Challenge

DisasterComUK were relaunching their company and wanted to develop a new, easy to understand customer proposition and create a corresponding online presence. This would build on the positive brand equity of DisasterCom, but move the brand forward with a more single-minded market offering, underlining a strong commitment to leading industry standards.

Response

Our solution was to create a fresh new website, based around the new corporate designs. The website is regarded as a major tool in securing new business leads, so messaging was developed to reflect this and navigation was kept as simple as possible. Image and graphic elements were also developed and chosen to support the clear messaging.

Result

Client reports a positive response from existing accounts and strong interest from potential clients. We have now been briefed to develop a marketing campaign for 2009.
