Challenge

Sky Business wanted to enhance their website offering for their Pubs & Clubs customers with the facility to join Sky online. The new system had to work seamlessly with their new CRM application, so they could manage these new customers efficiently.

Response

We created a very user-friendly step-by-step, intelligent application allowing users to fill in all required information online with ease. Along with the obvious benefits for customers, the application also dramatically improves the speed of the sign up process from several days to hours, with completed forms being automatically transferred via a secure exchange to Sky's CRM system.

Result

There have been 78 online sign ups in the first three months of going live. This figure has exceeded all expectations and the client is now considering rolling the system out to all other customer groups.
